Who Are We?
Our nearly 5 year old daughter is allergic to peanuts, tree nuts, milk, casein, garlic, fish (primarily salmon), shellfish (crab), and sesame — and we have eliminated these foods from our home and diet. We live in the Washington, DC area, in the Virginia suburbs. We are seeking to engage similar families in the learning process, and to share our experiences with others just starting this journey, or just curious.
