I'm really sorry to hear about your husband's allergist. Are there others relatively close to your house that take your insurance? If so, I would switch immediately. A trusted allergist that is a good fit for you and your family can make this road a whole lot easier.

ha haa, I was surprised to find that you blogged the brownie recipe....but I can't tell you how much of a sweet treat this recipe has been to us. I haven't quite mastered it being gooey (maybe I've been over cooking them) :) But at least their not a pit of oil, OR crumbly...

But I'm REALLY REALLY glad that you might not have to use this recipe:) Of course it's always handy when you've run out of eggs and want something sweet:) I'm holding out for my littlest ones to be egg-free soon..... we'll see what happens:)

And I'm soo thankful you have a good allergist that you like...mine is the pits!! He gave my husband every possible test to figure out what he was allergic to last year.... finally in desperation my husband decided to eliminate milk (since his 3 children have milk allergies) and not 12 hours later the allergic reaction was GONE:) Why wouldn't an allergist suggest eliminating milk with my husband's family history (which he is VERY aware of)?
